The main objectives of our project were: - To help participants gain professional skills through internships in European companies in a variety of sectors. - To increase the mobility and independence of individuals by preparing them for their internships and providing support during their time abroad. - To promote a sense of belonging to the European community and encourage the development of European citizenship. - To expose participants to new cultures by immersing them in the daily life, customs, and cultural heritage of the host countries. - To boost the self-confidence and self-esteem of participants and support them in achieving their future goals, both professional and personal. - To provide career counselors working in the consortium organizations with the opportunity to acquire new skills through observation internships and improve their work processes.
The main goal of this application is to enable young people aged 16 to 25, who are accompanied by Missions Locales and Maison de l'Emploi et de la Formation, to gain professional skills through internships in European companies. It also allows these young people to become more mobile by giving them the opportunity to experience different cultures and work methods. Thanks to the Erasmus+ program, this application gives "NEET" (Not in Education, Employment or Training) young people and the professionals who support them (career counselors) the opportunity to improve their personal and professional skills. The project enables the career counselors to observe and learn from the pedagogical methods used by our partner organizations in the field of socio-professional support. Moreover, this project involves the territories where the consortium members work.
