Objectives

Internship placements in Europe make it possible to meet our institutional projects as well as our mission of international cooperation specific to agricultural education. The objective of the consortium was to promote exchanges of practices with professionals, to motivate and mobilize staff to train in new professional techniques. But also to identify the tools which make it possible to fight against school dropout and to propose to certain teachers to carry out a teaching mission abroad to bring their expertise in a particular field. For the beneficiaries, the objectives were to diversify their working techniques, to improve their level of English by enriching it with a professional vocabulary, to train in European citizenship, to develop their capacities for autonomy and openness. , to promote their geographical mobility and finally to enrich their human relations and their culture. For our sending schools, the objective was to promote vocational baccalaureate training in a competitive environment

Background

Until recently, our 4 high schools worked individually to develop international actions. We have decided to join forces and share our tools and internship locations to offer young people new experiences and staff new opportunities for personal development. Our consortium allows us to better distribute our investment time. Our mission is to help young people to develop their belonging to the EU, to improve their professional practices and their employability on the European or even international labor market in order to make them mobile professionals. We note a lack of knowledge of young French people with regard to other young Europeans. It becomes necessary to make them actors and to open up to others. This observation, combined with the need for autonomy and mobility essential to the pursuit of studies, has led us to develop professional internship projects for them in Europe.
