Objectives

Beyond the development of technical, cultural and linguistic skills, it is the values promoted by Europe that the consortium wishes to develop. It is a question of working towards an inclusive, responsible, sustainable European citizenship, respectful of everyone. To do this, networking is essential because it allows us to think about mobility as an integral part of the school's project and to be open to the world and to others. The Board of Directors, convinced that mobility allows to work on active citizenship, cooperation, personal, social and professional responsibility, invested in an organization allowing the consortium to function and to deploy the activities and the accompaniment of the MFR. The aim was to improve the quality of mobility, but also to work on innovation, whether in terms of support via the setting up of a mobility management platform, or qualitatively via the creation of partnerships such as with the Maison de l'Europe in Lyon, or the work on new projects such as school accreditation or the development of long term mobility for apprentices.

Background

The objective of the Regional Federation since 2002 is to develop European mobility in the MFR of the territory for young people and adults, hence the establishment of the consortium. Since 2018 we have developed in parallel a project for MFRs with experience (charters) and a project to develop mobility in MFRs not yet present on these programs, or with little experience of mobility (not charters). The objective is to develop the professional, linguistic and transversal skills of the young people but also to reinforce their skills, exchange on their practices and participate in the development of European projects for adults. The objective for the non-chartered consortium is to structure and organize the mobility in the MFR first candidates, and to contribute to the qualitative implementation of these mobility activities. The consortium work has allowed the development of long term mobility on the two programs and the constitution of a working group around a school accreditation, and the long term mobility of apprentices. It is therefore each public that is targeted by this collaborative work between MFRs coordinated by the Regional Federation, the bridgehead of the consortium.
