Following the analysis of the needs of our structure in terms of development of European mobility, the following general objectives resulted: - allow all apprentices to spend time abroad during their training course, - promote the adaptability of apprentices by arousing curiosity in the face of new cultures and professional techniques, - improve self-esteem, open-mindedness and sense of belonging and citizenship, - develop the autonomy of our apprentices by positioning them as actors of their stay, - offer our apprentices individualized, attractive and rewarding European internships that meet the specific needs of each, - offer apprentices the possibility of having a first short-term experience (ERASMUS+) in order to overcome the fears of a first start and give them the desire to go further, - offer a longer experience allowing sufficient immersion for in-depth learning of the language of the country and/or English, - highlight the personal and professional contribution offered by mobility stays, - develop new innovative professional skills and nurture critical thinking.
The MFR Saint Gilles Croix de Vie has been part of a European mobility approach for many years for trainees and apprentices in training. The objective is to allow all learners to experience mobility during their training course. Thus, we offer group stays and individual stays thanks to the Erasmus programme. We also offer MFR staff and administrators a training experience with our European partners.
