The BE PRO BE MOBILE project gave 23 managers and employees of companies and associations familiar with the ERASMUS+ programme the opportunity to pass on their knowledge and practices to European trainers, enabling them to access mobility programmes. They were thus able to lead short training missions in Italy, Germany and Portugal to train peers - trainers or professionals - in their field of activity. As Cap Ulysse's network is largely composed of companies/associations in the fields of food processing and social work, these training missions were mainly related to these two sectors of activity.
Since 2007, upon request from schools and associations involved in counselling and training, Cap Ulysse has been organizing the hosting and placements of European trainees from all over Europe. To do this, they have a network of about 400 local companies, some of which regularly host ERASMUS+ trainees. A number of them have shared their interest in further developing the project. Thus, after surveying the sectors most in demand, the BE PRO BE MOBILE project took on allowing internship supervisors to go on short teaching missions with European trainers and counterparts.
