The organisation of staff mobility and observation internships makes it possible to offer our VET staff opportunities for inspiration about innovative practices in vocational training identified elsewhere in Europe, analyse them and, if possible, test an adaptation or even a transfer to the French context of VET in general and the context of our network in particular. Staff mobility can contribute to the professionalisation of VET staff to appropriate good practices in pedagogical innovation and, as such, to cope with changes and developments in vocational training and apprenticeship.
The staff in charge of training in the Chambers of Trades and Crafts and in their CFAs / OFs have always been confronted in the exercise of their functions with profound changes: economic, regulatory, institutional, but also with changes in the behavior and needs of learners and companies. Since 2018, it is above all the law "For the freedom to choose one's professional future" that has thoroughly reformed the vocational training and apprenticeship system. The reform has profoundly changed the organizations, working methods and business model of our training centres. The preparation for the regionalization of the governance of our organizations and our training offer was also an important change. Regionalization has been effective since 2021. CMA France supports their members and the consortium's training organisations in the appropriation of reforms and innovations in the field of VET, in internationalisation and in European cooperation for innovation and excellence and, finally, in promoting the offer of quality training through the valorization of innovation and excellence.
