Objectives

The partners of the consortium are convinced that European mobility is a vector of social inclusion, self-construction and also a lever for chosen and sustainable professional integration: We felt that this project could be an opportunity for students in vocational streams as part of their PFMP to: - develop their mobility and their European citizenship; - develop their autonomy and openness to the world; - gain professional experience in a European country; - develop their language skills; - broaden the spectrum of their professional experience; - Open up establishments; - Professional enrichment; - offer new opportunities to students; - Develop self-confidence; - develop cultural openness.

Background

This individual mobility project for Vocational Pathway students is a continuation of project 2019-1-FR01-KA102-061464 and broadly aims to: - the strengthening of social cohesion and support for European citizenship - more equity between students from different areas of the academic region, Concretely, it is a question of ensuring that European mobility becomes a reality in the pathways, particularly for learners from modest socio-economic backgrounds and/or from less favored territories. This project is also based on the recommendations of the report “The school vocational path, aiming for excellence” and those of the Minister of National Education who wishes to “give the vocational high school the attractiveness and prestige it deserves”. The needs identified in the territories and in the establishments are articulated in the 2018-2022 academic project which sets 3 ambitions • offer the same chances of success to all; • pushing academic ambition; • contribute to the development of the territory and the reduction of territorial inequalities.
