Objectives

Re-mobilise pupils to become educators-actors in their training and reconcile them with school and the professional world. professional world. -To prevent students from feeling that they are "undergoing" their training by making it more understandable and attractive. - European section: The actions undertaken thanks to our first 3 Erasmus projects had led to the creation of a European section in September 2019. This section is innovative because it is cross-curricular: all our Year 11 students, whatever their speciality, can enrol in this section. all our Year 11 students, regardless of their speciality, can enrol in this section. For each of our streams, a teacher from the vocational field and a teacher from mechanical engineering had to obtain the necessary a teacher of mechanical engineering had to obtain the DNL (national certification allowing a teacher to teach his subject in a foreign language). (national certification allowing a teacher to teach his or her subject in a foreign language, for us: English). Problem: at the beginning of the school year 2022, we could not open this section because the majority of our teachers holding the DNL teachers have left (transfers and retirements) Mobility in companies helps all our staff to update their knowledge of general and technical English, but also their professional and transversal skills (adaptability, versatility, etc.) (adaptability, versatility, teamwork, appropriation of new media, applications for other types of mobility). The teachers of the professional fields in mobility thus prepare their DNL in the best possible way (linguistic skills, motivation, knowledge of the Erasmus project and of the European section)

Background

-Continue our policy of professional and cultural openness to the international scene for all our students and staff -Participation in continuing education for the staff of our school to better support our students. -To offer our students the possibility of opening up to the world both professionally and culturally - Motivate and prepare teachers to take the DNL in order to reopen our European section and offer an additional offer to our students while making the school more attractive. The main reason being to want to train our students by making them actors of their education while opening them to the world to make them citizens of tomorrow
