The implementation of the project leads to a consolidation of the theoretical contributions through their respective differentiated and contextualized approaches. The key concepts are better integrated through the reality of life. Moreover, the educational dimension inherent to mobility projects participates in the process of empowerment of young people, of their citizenship. For the destination of Malta, the practice of the English language is also an added value targeted by the educational team of the Franz STOCK school. Moreover, this project, benefiting students attending baccalaureate, should enable them to be more involved in their own educational plan, while providing them with the keys to success for accessing higher education. As far as the school project is concerned, the implementation of the project brings greater cohesion to the teams through the mobilization of each of the actors and a greater openness to the territory by directly or indirectly involving the partners. For a school involved in vocational training, this openness adds value to its reputation. For the destinations concerning STAV students, the search for destinations with a practice of modern languages was a reason for interest (English and Spanish for the STAV Technological Baccalaureate field of study at Franz STOCK high school).
Franz STOCK school has sent under this project 36 young people enrolled in the Vocational Baccalaureate in community services (SAPAT) and the Technological Baccalaureate in Agronomy and Sciences (STAV) for the school years 2020/2021 and 2021/2022 (due to projects stopped by the health crisis resulting in a double flow on the school year 2021/2022). We recall here the exceptional nature of the project with the cancellation of all mobility in 2020 (Covid19 crisis) and the authorized postponement of the project resulting in a double flow on the 2021/2022 school year. The grant application was given for 35 participants. Another student left on this year 2021/2022 (flow 2) on funds of the new consortium Europe Mobility Centre of CNEAP Centre Val de Loire. The school aims at offering opportunities to discover organizations and systems to its learners. For the SAPAT program, it is mainly about understanding the different types of support provided to vulnerable people (very young children and the elderly) in institutions. Thus, the destination of Belgium was an element in the decision of the educational team, Belgium being appreciated for a certain "originality in the modes of assistance to gerontological dependence". For the STAV program, the approach of the territory as a living ecosystem is targeted in order to deal with local development. Thus, the destination of Malta (flow 1) was chosen in order to measure the singularity of local development activities for an island territory mainly marked by its tourist economy, for the October 2021 project. The same expectations were formulated for the Spain project (flow 2) in Sevilla in particular with development issues specific to the territory (tourist pressure, water management...).
