Objectives

The objectives of this project were to develop professional, linguistic and be learners, as part of their training through immersion in another professional and cultural context but also to work in an inter-institutional team. For the staff of the institutions, to encourage the acquisition of new professional practices and to make them discover the great possibilities offered by the Erasmus + programme so that in turn they bring new ideas, new projects and are more involved in mobility projects.

Background

The Ensemble Pro Europe Mobility Consortium has been created and managed since September 2019 by 3 teachers Madame Christine Chaineau-Faron teacher of Economic management at the High School Albert de Mun Paris 7( High School coordinator of the project), Mrs Sandra Diaz, Spanish teacher at the High School Le Rebours Paris 13 and Mrs Ana Maria Ferreira, Sales Economic Management teacher at the Lycée Saint Vincent de Paul in Versailles. We built together all 3 and without knowing each other at the beginning, this project aimed at offering European professional mobility in Ireland, Spain, Germany etc.. to our First and Final class learners from the professional sections Hospitality, Administration Management, Commercial Sales, Hospitality and Catering and to the staff of the institutions. The continuation of the international strategy of our high schools as well as our beautiful understanding all 3 were the framework of the success of this project. Our institutions have always encouraged international trainings, by accompanying high school students and students, and by organizing Erasmus + mobilities and school mobilities in many European cities for many years (Brussels, Düsseldorf, Canterbury, Oxford, Nijmegen, Madrid, Valletta, Sevilla, Barcelona, Munich, Salamanca, Venice, Berlin, The Hague.) All these achievements were made possible by the mobilization of the staff of our high schools, supported by the management teams. This first consortium project between our 3 institutions planned over two years, in the continuity of other individual projects carried out in previous years, was greatly disrupted by the health crisis. We therefore had to adapt the projects, the dates and the modalities of implementation taking into account this anxious health context for the teams as well as for the learners and their families. We were not able to use all the scholarships we had originally planned.
