Objectives

The CAPMOB IND mobility project aims to provide professional training experience to learners enrolled in industrial sector programs, including dental prosthetics, industrial glass and digital system training. The main objective is to enhance their professional and technical skills, as well as their soft skills, to aid their integration into the labor market and meet the expectations of businesses. This project also aims to internationalize training institutions and renew the motivation of teaching staff. Finally, as part of the revaluation of vocational training, this project aims to showcase the careers in the industrial sector.

Background

The "Académie de Paris" has applied for this Erasmus project in order to provide young people in vocational training in the industry with the opportunity to gain professional experience abroad. This initiative aims to support the reform of the vocational path by promoting industry careers and providing young people with the skills needed to succeed in this constantly evolving field. By taking part in this project, we hope to contribute to this reform and offer young people wider professional and cultural prospects. Furthermore, a professional experience abroad is a valuable training tool for young people in vocational training in the industry. This allows them to hone their skills in their field, discover different cultures and be informed of current trends in their sector. Finally, this application was made in collaboration with a campus-style work mode that brings together schools with expertise in this field. We believe this helps to facilitate the professional integration of students and equip them with the skills adapted to the real needs of businesses.
