Since 2019, Raynouard High School has been steadfastly committed (and despite the health crisis) to new approaches to the international arena by conducting several Erasmus+, Key 1 and Key 2 projects. The implementation of this particular project fits perfectly with the high school's main objectives, which are multiple: 1. Interculturality ; 2. The acquisition of linguistic and professional skills by the learners; 3. Personal development of learners; 4. Enhancement of the European dimension of the school. With the implementation of this project, the Raynouard high school wished not only to give the students the possibility to acquire an official national recognition on their vocational baccalaureate diploma since they are enrolled in the optional mobility diploma. They will also receive an Europass certificate at the end of their schooling and a mobility certificate from the school.
François Raynouard High School is a recognized educational institution fully rooted in the Provence Verte region. It welcomes approximately 1800 students from the second year of secondary school to the BTS each year. Within the framework of its school project, the opening to Europe and to the International is a strong axis. The creation of a European English section in the vocational courses allows students to better prepare for professional mobility. The school was part of a consortium in the Nice academy to be guided to submit an Erasmus+ project and to send students on a mobility trip during the 2019-2020 school year. Also for the first time in November-December 2019, 15 students of vocational sections (Reception, Accompaniment, Care and Service to the Person, Commerce, Management-Administration and Sales) were able to participate in a mobility in Malta and realize their Compulsory Training Period in the Professional Environment. On the strength of this experience, the Raynouard high school wished to perpetuate this project so that each year students could carry out an internship in a company abroad during their training in Professional Bac.
