Thanks to the implementation of this project, 47 young people from the 4 non-chartered MFRs were able to benefit from the implementation of mobility projects. Indeed, the major objective of the consortium is that the majority of the young people in the network should be able to benefit from mobility during their schooling in order to enrich their own professional and personal pathway and to promote professional, social and human integration. Experiencing mobility abroad allows participants to open up and acquire autonomy, confidence and greater adaptability to others. It also allows them to develop professional skills and improve their conversational skills in a foreign language. As far as the structures are concerned, the setting up of a mobility project is intended to professionalise the teams in project management and to allow the MFRs to "weave" links with foreign professionals and thus allow the creation of a European network and rural territories in a European perspective. For several years now, the consortium of MFRs in Provence has been developing support actions for project leaders so that they can experience mobility. These projects help to create a dynamic and motivating environment within the teams and the young people. They allow young people to discover new countries and experience life abroad. For some of them, it is the opportunity to leave for the first time. Each MFR (Bollène, Bléone Durance, Uzès, Castillon du Gard) organises projects for people in initial school training, apprenticeship and staff or volunteers (trainers, directors, administrators, training and apprenticeship supervisors, etc.), who are involved in training activities related to their professional sector. Young people and trainers can thus develop new working methods. The young people acquire autonomy, self-confidence, improvement in learning a foreign language. We are aware that our main objective is to train young people in the European dimension by associating new professional skills.
