The main objective of this project is to promote the mobility of learners and teachers of the three BAC pro Transport, Logistics and CTRM streams by supporting VET institutions and ensuring a more fluid exchange of experience and good practice. To promote the mobility of learners, the project aims more specifically to: - Increase the number of student mobilities per institution - Increase the number of staff mobilities per school - Enrich the pedagogical and professional skills of learners - Counteract the concrete difficulties of VET institutions in implementing mobility - Relieve the pedagogical teams of VET schools from a large part of the administrative workload for the implementation of mobility so that they can concentrate on the pedagogical work with learners - Facilitate their pedagogical work of motivating, preparing, accompanying and evaluating mobilities by creating opportunities for regular exchanges of experience and good practices with other members (e.g. conference calls, email and telephone exchanges) - Share and make available new tools, methods and resources - Support the search for suitable partners in the NETINVET network - Promote structured and recognised mobilities corresponding to the ECVET logic (using the tools developed in the Vetmo4TL project and within the NETINVET network) - Strenghten the NETINVET mobility network
The main objective of creating this consortium is to promote the mobility of learners and teachers of the three streams Bac pro Transport, Bac pro Logistics and Bac pro Goods Transport Road Driver. This consortium is the logical follow-up of Vetmo4TL, a strategic partnership project coordinated by AFT (2017-1-FR01-KA202-037379). Vetmo4TL allowed 11 partners from 10 European countries to develop documents and tools based on the ECVET methodology and needed to facilitate structured and recognized mobility of learners enrolled in vocational training programs at level 4 of the European Qualifications Framework (EQF) in the transport and logistics sector. Throughout this project, AFT and its partners have informed the schools concerned and interested in European mobility and have succeeded in integrating 5 schools from France and 8 from other European countries into the existing NETINVET mobility network, of which AFT holds the vice-presidency. As part of the ECVET approach, NETINVET promotes recognized mobility. The establishment of shared, integrated and accepted references by the members of the network constitues the basis of mutual understanding for all mobilities organized in the network and allows the transfer and validation of learning outcomes achieved during a mobility. To guarantee the smooth running of the mobilities, the network pursues a quality approach, making it possible both to integrate new members and to ensure a constant quality of the mobilities. The NETINVET network will therefore provide significant support to this consortium, making all its tools available and promoting the sharing of experiences. With the creation of this consortium, AFT provides VET institutions with its experience gained in the management of multiple Erasmus+ projects and in particular the mobility consortipm for BTS Transport-Logistics that it has managed since 2017.
