Move 4 is part of an ambitious strategy of international and European openness of the PACA Academic Region and contributes to one of the objectives of our European Development Plan: to make international and European issues a normal part of the life of an academy, by reinforcing the global attractiveness of the territory(ies) and more particularly in vocational curriculum, which are often devalued The dropout rate in the academy is higher for pupils in VET. The analysis of the results of MOVE 4 and previous projects revealed that mobility was a powerful factor in reducing this rate. We have therefore applied to : - strengthen a collective dynamic that allows mobility programs to be strongly anchored in the academic landscape while reinforcing the mobilization of educational teams - promote and organize international mobility for young people in VET, convinced that the opportunity to experience an internship abroad contributes to their academic success through the development of their autonomy and their interpersonal, professional and linguistic skills, all of which helps to foster their motivation and employability.
