Through the implementation of this project, we wanted to increase the attractiveness of our professional courses using international openness . We also wanted youth with fewer opportunities to widen their horizons , gain confidence in their adaptability skills We wanted to promote English learning and develop a European awareness among our students We wanted them to develop a professional culture based upon observation, the understanding of the host country’s cultural specificities and on exchange and sharing
The main reasons why our organization applied for this project were firstly to allow every student to have the opportunity to perform at least a mobility within in the European Union in the course of his training We also wished to develop a culture of national and international mobility for the students and staff. We wished to allow students from Isolated rural backgrounds or underprivileged urban areas to benefit from the opportunity to discover other cultures other work methods and above all develop a sense of autonomy Our school offers a wide range of technological and vocational courses so, developing contacts and exchanges with foreign companies and schools was a way of implementing exchanges over professional issues as well as teaching practice We also wished to use European openness to reduce early school leaving. We firmly hopedto make European mobility more accessible for disabled learners and staff
