During this Erasmus+ project, the Region and the member organizations of the consortium have worked together to propose : - A "mobility offer" as wide as possible for those learners who are furthest from mobility and who have the fewest opportunities in order to promote their employability; - Quality mobility activities for apprentices, young people in integration and students in health and social sectors, designed to be adapted to their needs and to enable them to acquire professional and transversal skills that can be used; - A consultation tool that supports the regional policy to promote the development of skills of organizations through the sharing of best practices and the internationalization of training / integration courses offered on the territory; - A simplification of procedures and workload of the consortium members for the benefit of the public; - Financing adapted to the needs of the participants and to the needs of the organizations carrying out the project.
The Occitanie Region has been implementing for several years a voluntarist policy aimed to the mobility of the Occitanie's vocational training learners. Convinced by the added value of the mobility experience for professional integration, it has reinforced its support to the development of projects led by the training organizations of the territory. The aim is to increase mobility opportunities for these people. It relies on the possibilities offered by the ERASMUS+ program to support this commitment and has, to this end, formed several consortia to develop the mobility of these target audiences. The Occitanie Region is managing a unique Erasmus+ accredited consortium for Vocational Education and Training called "Mobility of Occitania Learners". This consortium gathers all the training organizations operating mobility projects and intervening with the following target publics of the Region: apprentices, students of health and social training, young people in integration and trainees of the vocational training. This dynamic makes it possible to create synergies between the different learning publics.
