1. STRENGTHEN TEAM WORK INSIDE THE CONSORTIUM: Schools belonging to this Tourism Campus host common fields but their experiences with international projects vary. By creating a network between them we offered the opportunity for the schools to build a common stragtegy in international projects management. 2. STRENGTHEN EUROPEAN DIMENSION AMONG THE CONSORTIUM'S SCHOOLS: Créteil education authority's was looking for an overall increase of learners mobilities and eventually for the school's own submission of an accreditation project. 3. STRENGTHEN STUDENT'S EMPLOYABILITY The "Grand Paris" project and the 2024 Olympic Games will offer many jobs opportunities for people studying tourism and hospitality. Our wish was to help the students attending the campus' schools getting these jobs by giving them the chance of a professional experience in a foreign country. 4. INCREASE STAFF MOBILITIES. The idea is to rely on the staff who may well become ambassadors of the Erasmus+' program and lead projects in the future.
The heart of this project relies on the national label “Campus for jobs and qualifications” which requires schools to encourage international mobility. Through the Co'Team project, gathering vocational schools hosting fields linked to the touristic industry, the idea was to offer the opportunity of an international internship experience to learners and therefore adapt the training to the present context of the Ile de France district. This area is experiencing an international growth partly due to the "Grand Paris" development and the coming 2024 Olympic Games. For the international cooperation department of the Créteil school district it was also the opportunity to carry on a mission which had previously begun with the PALOMA project: guiding and training staff working in vocational schools in managing european projects. The aim was to accompany them to self-sufficiency. The Co'Team project perfectly mirrors the title of the academic project: "Sharing the ambition of self-sufficiency and mobility".
