Today, a new stage has been reached in the dynamic with the writing and completion of this project, which brings together the OF de JEPS B acting in the field of sport, and being sufficiently committed to the dynamic to set up learner mobilities from January 2021. The specialisation of this project around sports responds to practical questions, but also to a context and objectives specific to this field. General medium to long term objectives : - To develop and anchor mobility in youth / animation and sport training: to include it in the pedagogical ribbons of the OF. - Build, implement and anchor different mobility programmes for learners in the identified diplomas. - Refine, adjust and improve the contents and procedures of mobility stays for learners in the coming years, based on the first mobility stays carried out. - Understand and formalise (or envisage) the equivalences between French training and diplomas and those of other countries - Empowerment of the OF in the management of mobility projects - To perpetuate international partnerships in Europe and develop a draft European network for learners - To perpetuate and increase the power of the sport consortium - as each year more learners, trainers and even training organisations are interested. Specific short-term objectives : - To carry out the first mobility stays of the learners who are registered in the training courses of the three training organisations of the sport consortium. - To create a solid and complementary sports consortium between the training bodies present by encouraging links between the FOs, structures specialising in mobility, regional political bodies and skills operators (OPCO) - Weaving local, regional and international links between - Strengthen and expand the network of international partners in Europe. - Train learners in mobility: added value, development, assessment and recognition of acquired transversal and professional skills - Develop and share tools and methods - Convince staff, VET trainers and OF management of the contribution of mobility in the socio-professional pathway of a learner-trainee through the realisation of the first mobility stays for learners by showing them the positive impact that the stay abroad can already have on the course of the training. - Mobilise the experience of the contrast between professional and training experiences in France and abroad for a better understanding of French education in the field of sport - To experience learner mobility, to improve and refine the understanding of mobility as a tool for personal and professional development in a learner's integration pathway through the experience of first mobility stays for learners.
JEPS AIR can be described as a logical continuation of the JEPS BOND project (2019-1-FR02-KA102-061861). In order to better understand the reasons for our application to the JEPS AIR project (Project 2020-1-FR01-KA102-079398), it is therefore useful to first look back at the genesis of JEPS BOND: JEPS BOND JEPS BOND is the result of a process initiated between 2010 and 2017 by Georges Sylvestre and Nicole Suarez (DRAJES PACA), with Ralf Makrutzki (Director Eurocircle), Richard Reboul and Corinne Martin (CREPS PACA). The observation was as follows: Training organisations and, in fact, the learners and trainers of JEPS (youth, popular education and sport) training courses benefit very little, if at all, from Erasmus mobility in level 4 training courses, due to a lack of knowledge of the possibilities, information on European programmes, awareness-raising on the added value of mobility and the time to get involved in the construction of a mobility project In addition, setting up sustainable learner mobility requires meeting various needs. The first of these is related to the specificities of sport and leisure professions diplomas. The training organisations (TOs) in the consortium realised very quickly that it would be difficult to set up mobilities without a thorough analysis of the different diplomas in question. The French training organisations offer a wide variety of diploma courses and there is no homogeneity at European level. However, in order for the international mobility experience to be beneficial to the participants and for the search for internships to be adapted to the learners' training, it is imperative to understand the functioning of training in the sports and leisure professions in other countries. On the one hand, in order to find equivalent training courses and to propose a programme adapted to the needs of the consortium, and on the other hand, to facilitate contacts with potential trainee host organisations and intermediaries abroad. The first need, therefore, is to make the qualifications in the field of sports and leisure activities part of a European reality, and it is essential to meet this need before creating a trainee mobility project. The second need, expressed during the meetings, but which characterises any project, is the need to create reliable partnerships upstream of the project. The OFs in the consortium had almost no contacts in Europe; some were carrying out international projects, but most often with a single partner and with no funding other than that of the trainees. In 2018, with the DRAJES PACA, the Conseil Régionale SUD-PACA, the CREPS PACA, Hors-Piste and Eurocircle, three meetings were organised to mobilise the Youth, Popular Education & Sport (JEPS) FOs. It was agreed to submit the JEPS BOND project to develop staff mobility in the form of observation periods abroad with Eurocircle as coordinator and all the OFs in the PACA region who wanted to participate in the adventure. The "JEPS A L'INTERNATIONAL" dynamic was launched! The "JEPS à l'international" dynamic is the first stone in the building of the animation and sport diplomas in a European reality and in the setting up of international partnerships. The JEPS-BOND consortium responds to the need to prepare learners for an increasingly international labour market, including in the professions they represent, through a first step: staff mobility (trainers, coordinators, administration, management). This need comes as much from the learners as from the managers of the OFs, and from the DRAJES, who too often note a lack of openness on the part of trainees who are nevertheless preparing to dedicate their careers to enabling the learning and development of the young and not so young in a Europe where citizens are increasingly mobile (despite health restrictions). JEPS AIR At the request of the DRAJES and about ten training organisations, Eurocircle has therefore created in 2019 with Hors Pistes the JEPS BOND consortium, aiming at the increase in competence of trainers and staff of training organisations in the PACA Region acting in the fields of sport, youth work and social work. Given the number of requests for learner mobility, Eurocircle and Hors Pistes decided to create two complementary consortia, one specialising in social work - with Hors Piste as the coordinating body - and the other in sport - with Eurocircle as the coordinating body. The JEPS AIR consortium thus responds to different logics. Indeed, in addition to specialising learner mobilities in one field, JEPS AIR aims to bring clarity to the project, to respond to the political will of the DRAJES, and to concretise the work carried out in the framework of the JEPS BOND project with the first learner mobilities. Eurocircle has been running projects in sport and mobility with the CREPS PACA for several years. The CFA Futurosud is a training structure "outside the walls", which delegates part of its training to other organisations, including the CREPS PACA and the CRFCK. However, CFA Futurosud, CREPS PACA and CRFCK are all part of the JEPS BOND (and JEPS AIR) consortium, with CREPS PACA and CRFCK being among the organisations most involved in the current dynamic. Eurocircle has always believed in the importance of interculturality in the personal and professional development of young people in training, especially in the field of sport, as these young people will be in contact with diverse audiences and different cultures. With this in mind, Eurocircle is coordinating the project and the JEPS Bond consortium, and the association wishes to continue this dynamic with the "Hat Trick" project aimed at combating hate speech in sport, and the JEPS Air consortium. While in the JEPS BOND project, stays abroad were organised for the staff of the training organisations (trainers, directors, administrative staff) thanks to Erasmus+ grants, the intention of the JEPS AIR project, as a continuation of the JEPS BOND project, was to deepen the international dynamic insofar as we were able to realise training stays for trainees of the training organisations thanks to Erasmus+ grants.
