This project of mobility of trainees in vocational youth and social work had several objectives for the learners, their employing structure, and their field of intervention as well as for the training organizations members of the consortium. Overall, these objectives were designed to: - Offer European professional mobility to trainees who do not have access to it - Develop skills on intercultural education and social cohesion in a sector at the forefront of the issues of living together, communitarianism, civic education - Strengthen the employability and professional integration of learners - Allow the trainees to acquire a global vision of the field of action from local to international: mobility is an integral part of training with a certifying outcome/purpose. These objectives have been met. Out of 136 people, only 10 could not leave due to COVID. For those 10 people, the objectives have evolved as they benefited from training time and exchanges through distance learning.
The 4 partners of this consortium (CEMEA Occitanie, Picardie, Nouvelle-Aquitaine and Rhône-Alpes as coordinator) have come together with a common objective: setting the trainees’ learning and professional practices in a European dimension.
