Objectives

The main objective of the project was to enable learners to complete and enhance their professional career by improving their technical and linguistic skills, or by acquiring new ones in the following sectors of activity: commerce, sales, marketing, education, logistics, equestrian tourism, hospitality, metrology, culture, fashion, human resources, communication, administration and events. The achievements obtained during the Erasmus+ internship represent an important added value to the educational and professional career of the beneficiaries for a better access to a qualified job, and by distinguishing them from other job seekers who have not had the opportunity to benefit from such an experience. The project has also enabled APRECA to develop its network of European partners (public, private, associations) and strengthen its international cooperation actions. We have been able to continue and improve the quality approach that we are implementing with all of our partners in the management of our programs and the exchange of best practices. At a national level, APRECA was certified QUALIOPI at the beginning of 2022, particularly thank to the processes set up for FORYOUROPE and FORYOUROPE 2 within the framework of Erasmus+.

Background

Involved for 30 years now in the development and management of European mobility programs and various international cooperation actions, APRECA wished, by applying for this project: - increase the European mobility offer and develop the training offer for learners requiring significant experience in a company, allowing them to enter the professional world at the end of their Erasmus+ internship (whether in the host country, in France, or in any other country offering a job opportunity) - involve and develop a network of European partners able to offer our learners the possibility of carrying out their Erasmus+ professional internship in diversified sectors of activity - mobilize its organizational skills by adapting them to the needs of the public concerned by European mobility - improve its visibility as a project leader or coordinator with institutional partners Carried out in collaboration with Pôle Emploi, the FORYOUROPE 2 project is also a logical continuation of the FORYOUROPE project launched in 2019 and which had enabled 34 learners to benefit from a professional mobility stay in Europe.
