Objectives

- Developping the cultural openness and linguistic immersion of our students through professional integration and school training; economically and culturally prosperous period: end-of-year celebrations and Christmas' symbol are very important in the host countries. - Implementing operational skills; - Knowing how to communicate in a new learning situation; - Mastering the habits, customs and trends in behavior and consumption of French and foreign customers; - Developping our links with foreign companies, taking advantage of local relays and committing the establishment to the long term.

Background

Our motivations for applying for this project were therefore as follows, in order to: - develop students' language skills; - ensure a wider opening of the establishment internationally: expand internship destinations to Scandinavia, especially after Brexit, but also because these destinations are very attractive for our young people; - further integrate the second foreign language taught in mobility for professional training purposes (internships abroad); - opening young French people up to the outside world; - encourage them to consider a career abroad. Regarding the last PISA survey of 2020, drawing inspiration from British models (United Kingdom and Ireland): - ensure the success of pupils from the least advantaged socio-professional backgrounds; - reduce gender inequalities; - contribute to establishing a real culture of positive evaluation through these experiences; - develop the feeling of belonging to the EU and its margins and anchor European citizenship; - certify the construction of a professional project in a European framework (continuation of studies or even professional immersion abroad following these internships abroad for some students after their graduation).
