We wanted to explore other partnerships than those we already had in Germany and increase the number of beneficiaries. We had always in mind the idea of promoting a greater intercultural openness of young Norman apprentices and giving an increased attractiveness to our training center by making our activities linked to European mobility visible.
The CFAI Grand Ouest Normandie wanted to persevere in a virtuous dynamic by submitting a second project and implementing the processes of European mobility. It was really critical to understand how Erasmus Projects work, and all the different steps to go through in order to build a long term commitment.
