The mobility policy must improve the image and quality of all types of training and make it possible to understand, identify and appropriate the successes in this field. It should also give trainers a knowledge of other European vocational training education systems. Therefor, the objectives are : - to help learners consolidate and diversify their learning outcomes (knowledge and prfessional skills) - to improve their personal development - to support the personal development of those working in the field of education with the aim of innovating and improving the quality of education (school, adult learning and continuing education) - to significantly improve the foreign language skills of participants - to raise participants' awareness of the customs and cultures of other countries - to improve the attractiveness and international dimension of the school - to strengthen the synergies of the teaching teams in the development of a project-based teaching method.
The school wishes to pursue its commitment to international openness with several areas of work and improvement. This dynamic for international openness is one of the 3 main vectors of the future school project which wich is implemented since 1 January 2021.
