The objectives of the project are: to develop training content and methods, to develop our training offer, to promote the employability of learners. For students in the Personal Services stream, Mobility makes it possible to confront young people with European realities. It will study how users are taken care of abroad, by professionals and the legislation inherent in the country. The students will also have to compare the health system of the host country as well as the aid granted to users but also the diplomas to be obtained in the professions of personal service. For students in the Animal Industry, Mobility allows them to learn about techniques that are less present or even non-existent in French structures, to discover new product ranges and materials, but also to understand animal approaches and sensitivities different from ours, which are embodied in different legislation. For the school, openness to Europe means for us the development of our training in France and abroad, the enrichment of our know-how through confrontation, exchange with our partners. This openness requires the sustainability of our various partnerships: internship company, educational establishment, in particular the ARTEM l'Athénée Royal de Mouscron.
We applied for several reasons. We are looking for positive impacts concerning our young people, our establishment, our partners. The organization is based on an existing partnership since 2007. This project consolidates our presence in our Professional Sectors, it allows us to perpetuate the partnerships created in Europe and to develop our training courses there. The network of partner companies includes Irish, Romanian, Spanish and Belgian structures. This year's canvassing has enabled us to consider internships in Malta for the next Mobilities (3 crèches for the moment, then Switzerland (Aqualand Lausanne). The EUROPEAN MOBILITY internships are fully part of our establishment project, they enrich the training plan, the transversality and generate dynamics in the class groups. Our wish is to allow an openness of our team to the practical realities of our fields of intervention in Europe. This international openness energizes us and enriches our methods Our teaching methods, appreciated by our partners, allow us to consider the possibility of offering them the intra-company training sessions from our catalogue.
