The main objective is to develop European mobility and to amplify the synergy effect caused by the already existing mobilities set up by the partners. The fundamental objectives of mobility are - to develop the acquisition of mobility skills, - strengthening the cohesion of the teams involved around a common project - strengthening of professional skills and improvement of interpersonal skills - Improving the chances of success for further studies and employability, - development of linguistic and cultural skills, - affirmation of European citizenship, - Strengthening of cooperation between all actors within and between the institutions of the consortium (interdisciplinarity), - easier management of mobility, - increasing the influence of the various vocational training courses by making teaching more dynamic and decompartmentalising learning, - development of the European and international dimension, - enhancing the image and attractiveness of vocational education.
This consortium project at academic level was conceived and developed as a continuation of a previous project, the HOP project. It responds to the desire and need to further develop the mobility of learners and staff at European level. This project, which included 18 schools when the project was submitted, brought together 19 schools from the Rennes academy at the end of the project. For reference, at the beginning of the HOP project, the consortium consisted of 15 schools. This project was therefore able to federate and generate enthusiasm and spontaneous adhesion, on the one hand from the initial members in increasing demand for mobility and on the other hand from new members wishing to develop mobility in their schools.
