The objective was to reinforce the mobility of all the actors of an EPLEFPA and by focusing on the public agricultural institutes of the EU member countries. The idea was to develop partner cooperation by focusing on the possibility of reciprocal hosting. As in the previous project, the objective was to "get rid " of " one-shot " mobilities which, generally speaking, do not enable stability over time due to the lack of loyalty on the part of host structures. The idea was to implement reciprocal hosting arrangements on educational farms or in a secure network of partner internship supervisors.
The application is based on the wish to allow students in a difficult financial situation to benefit from an international experience which will enable them to strengthen their CV and reinforce/develop their open-mindedness. It also aims to enable staff to discover other teaching tools and methods. It also responds to the will set up in 2016 to work together within a consortium in order to share our practices and experiences and to better respond to the 5th mission of agricultural education, which is international cooperation
