The DAC Qualité project aims to coordinate Franco-Romanian exchanges with the ASSOC organisation through training and sharing of good practices in terms of quality approach in social and medico-social establishments and services. Through this European project, Afeji aims to -Strengthen the knowledge base of professionals in terms of quality approach in social and medico-social establishments and services through training and exchange of good practices between Afeji and ASSOC professionals. -Facilitate access to the concepts of evaluation and the methodology of the continuous quality improvement process. -Make professionals more aware of their involvement in the implementation of the quality approach. - Promote a European network for the exchange of good practice in the social and medico-social sector.
Afeji is an association, created in 1962, which aims to fight against all forms of exclusion. The association supports all vulnerable people from infancy to the elderly. Applying for a European mobility and cooperation project such as the DAC Qualité project is an important lever for Afeji's professionals because it allows them to meet their needs by exchanging, appropriating and being inspired by good European practices and to acquire new skills through training. Thus, Afeji and ASSOC have designed the DAC Quality project in order to allow the training of professionals and the exchange of Franco-Romanian good practices in the field of quality improvement and services delivered to the persons supported within our social and medico-social establishments and services (ESSMS). The Quality approach has been deployed at the global associative level of the Afeji since 2005. It is a major tool in the culture and values of Afeji, which aims to bring the associative project to life by feeding a methodology built on a participative and transversal mode to all sites aiming at improving our services.
