The objectives initially planned were to develop modern means of intervention of our missions, to allow the creation of strategic tools for an optimal and quality service, to create an endogenous development between Local Missions (ML) and to develop a strategy of continuous monitoring/active watch for prescribers. In the absence of the team that set these objectives and without handing over on its part, it is impossible to explain them. The relaunch of this project in 2022 is part of a problematic context (stopping of mobility due to the health crisis, total renewal of the team and filing of a complaint following the Agency's audit). The new team had to take ownership of the specifics of the program with recommendations from the Agency requiring a total revision of the DEMO program. The challenge is to comply with the requirements and objectives of the National Agency. The new objectives defined are: - Live a mobility experience and enhance its interest with the public accompanied in ML - Meet professionals of social and professional integration - Analyze their professional practice in a European dimension - Improve your language level
Due to a complete renewal in December 2020 of the governance and management of AMILAURA, the abandonment of the operation to split the mobility service with transfer to Mobility for all and a total absence of transfer of information in any form whatsoever between the old and the new team, the context of the launch of the DEMO device (DEMObility Multiplier) when submitting the application is unknown to us. When the project was relaunched in 2022, it was part of a desire to develop and democratize European mobility among professionals from the national network of Local Missions.
