Pursuing the objective of developing participants' creative, communicational and intercultural skills by welcoming new artistic content and new modes of communication management, we have tried to make them aware of their: • capacity to set up inclusive governance processes conducive to the development of individual initiative and creative innovation; • capability to be part of cohesive internal dynamics by being actors in the definition of a consensus around the role of Samba Résille as a European Creative Platform, inclined to welcome new aesthetics and to support the local and regional cultural sector in its internationalization. The challenge is to see new leaders and cultural transmitters emerge among the participants, ambassadors of local and European good practices, called the "cooperative developers of Samba Résille", able to register and animate spaces for debate based on harmonious cooperation, on self-respect and respect for others, in order to promote the emergence of Samba Résille as a European Creative Platform as included in its European Development Plan.
"The cooperative developers of Samba Résille" is a project that was motivated by a context of "growth crisis" experienced by the association, linked to the successful implementation of numerous European projects and the imminence of the opening of its premises, whose renovation to professional standards by the City of Toulouse was in progress; a context that saw the emergence of internal debates that focused on the need for it to: • keep a persistent “family” spirit in its operation by ensuring that shared and inclusive governance is maintained, • think about a framework that promotes local and European actions so that they mutually irrigate concerning creative contents of learning and teaching and European networking, • and to embody actions to structure the local and regional cultural sector as a European Creative Platform, capable of supporting local creative initiatives towards their internationalization. The learning mobility activities were then created to enrich the framework for the implementation of the Samba Résille associative, cultural and educational project, in response to its needs, as soon as the renovated premises opened.
