For several years, trainers have been pointing out the impoverishment of trainees and its consequences: difficulties in completing a long training course, lack of availability for learning due to material insecurity, mental health weakened by the stress of daily life, fragmented learning due to fragmented educational backgrounds. Another trend was the increased presence in our courses of exiled people, with difficulties in the French language but also in the structures hosting our trainees. The need to work on the reception and support of vulnerable people within the association's activities and particularly in the training courses became apparent. Despite the presence of a social work and mental health department at the Ceméa, it is necessary to " cross-reference " the skills of our staff and to enrich the practices of our training centers. Thus, the project focused on the following points - practices developing the power to act with people in precarious situations - Knowledge of the public in other European countries - a transversal approach - greater visibility of the Ceméa European project
