- Develop our digital knowledge Acquire specific and specialized skills Learn about new developments Improve our awareness of the issues - Optimize our training engineering and our economic model Improve our teaching methods and tools Discover new teaching practices and tools Concretely, we have built a project of work experience and training based on structured courses to benefit from the expertise of a training organization in the targeted theme. - To develop our relations with other European actors of digital education. The mobilities also aim to create links with several organizations in different European countries and to encourage the emergence of a network of free and open source digital actors on the European territory. - Improving our European language skills The mastery of English is essential to acquire digital knowledge. Improving the practice of other European languages (German, Spanish, Italian...) is also very important because contributors to free and open source software and other services are international and we often need to exchange with them.
ASSODEV is a training, consulting and services organization for free and open source digital for 20 years. We applied following the advice of an expert in European projects who told us that the device corresponds well to our needs and objectives: ASSODEV needs to update and develop the skills of its educational staff with European actors and with tailor-made training. In the free and open source digital world, the frequent updating and development of new specific and sharp skills of the educational staff is essential. These skills can only be acquired by meeting international colleagues, by attending technical workshops given by developers and by following customized training courses. ASSODEV wishes to improve and diversify its offer of training and educational actions by observing methodologies at work in other European countries. At the same time, it aims to strengthen its own capacities for European cooperation. It also wishes to develop European projects such as the creation of networks of free and open source digital actors.
