In line with the above objectives, mobility is a key moment to prepare active life in a variety of professional, linguistic and cultural environments for a greater social inclusion; all activities, key and soft skills are evaluated and recognized through the EUROPASS mobility document, the EUROPRO and specific curriculum evaluation grid as well as the European oral exam for students following this course -linguistic progression in oral interaction, new specific vocabulary -adaptability to different professional environments -technical skills Further than what the experience abroad itself can provide, the linguistic and professional preparation for mobility, innovative teaching approach implemented by teachers are added values to participants curriculum and also a great lever of pedagogical innovation among the 7 schools, fostering the quality of the certifications Simultaneously, training opportunities offered to staff and teachers enhances the internationalization strategy, giving them the opportunity to increase the value of previous training experience, acquire new technical skills to implement in their usual practice with students and develop relationships with European partners
This 7th ERASMUS+ mobility project of Provence Formation follows the objectives of our internationalization strategy and the 2017 Erasmus +Charter quality procedures: -reinforce learners professional, social and linguistic skills in a variety of curriculum, facilitating social inclusion and employability -recognize learning outcomes and skills acquired during mobility -promote pedagogical innovation and reinforce trainers and teachers’ skills - mark mobility in a variety of training courses as an added value to the training programs provided in the schools
