Background

Since 2010, JTM has set itself the goal of making mobility accessible to any young person. Supporting young people who are more "autonomous" as well as those who have "fewer opportunities" has become our core business. To achieve this, various programmes have been set up thanks to solid partnerships, in particular with local authorities and European partners (scholarships, ESC and VSC, VET internships). More than 600 young people per year go abroad through these actions. EFP learners have a "vocational training trainee" status, thanks to a close partnership with the Brittany Region. Jobseekers, the young people who take part in these projects receive support adapted to their aspirations and needs (individualised and flexible follow-up). For several years now, the prescription by employment and integration partners and then the support by our association has been recognised as being of high quality. The development of skills is our priority and is expressed through the use of optimised tools and quality procedures, the reinforcement of skills and the training of employees and, finally, the consolidation of partnerships with the players in the field of integration and employment.
