We targeted not only the assets of a European citizenship but also the variety of cultures ensuring each participant personal and professional fulfilment.
While applying for this mobility project, we were interested in international openness and learning about other school systems through some job shadowing. We also had a particular interest in the participants personal development and most of all, concerning our students, who sometimes suffer from a lack of self confidence. This may become an obstacle not only to their higher education plans but also to their professional integregation. We also thought that bringing further linguistic skills would be an asset to them.
