The aim of the application is to enable the MFRs of the Consortium to set up mobility projects. The objective is to deepen networking in order to promote the professional, social and human integration of the target groups. A mobility project offers prospects, meetings and exchanges of experience, enabling young people and adults to become more professional and, for young people, to gain in employability. By engaging in a mobility project, participants see their horizons open up, generating greater confidence and adaptability. The development of professional skills and confidence in a foreign language are the main objectives of the project. Managing a mobility project aims to increase the competence of the teams in project management by offering innovative and motivating training courses. This project is an opportunity to maintain partnerships with professionals and to develop others, giving our rural territories European perspectives. It allows to build a network of partners in different sectors which would be a real added value to the consortium.
Developing Erasmus projects allows the MFRs to establish a new dynamic within the training courses offered. It is a source of motivation for the teams as well as for the learners and, more broadly, for the local area. Mobility represents both a human and a professional adventure for the participants. It also helps to develop autonomy, a social, cultural and professional openness and gives new perspectives on the different possibilities of career paths. These mobilities also allow an opening to others and to the difference. The work carried out by these MFRs within the Consortium allows for an exchange of experiences and practices that enable the implementation of practical tools that can be improved over time in order to constantly progress in the quality of the mobilities and, little by little, in the implementation of internationalisation strategies that include opening up to other European projects and inbound mobilities. This mobility allows young people to progress in the linguistic field.
