Countries: FR · Grant: €250,064

Objectives

Our aim was to enable as many apprentices, vocational students and vocational training personnel as possible to have an experience abroad by doing an internship in the professional environment in which they were already working. In implementing this project, we continued our mobility activities. Strengthening and sustaining the consortium is at the heart of our objectives. The main purpose of valuing activities is to enhance the beneficiaries' training and personal life. It also makes it possible to make the consortium known and to expand it by welcoming organizations whose establishment of such activities in an Erasmus+ programme would require an investment so large that they would give up doing so. One of the objectives was also to strengthen the collaboration of the consortium members.

Background

We have applied for this project in the continuity of our consortium activities and the activities of the consortium members who develop international activities with their various target audiences. The consortium has been in existence since 2007. Some members have been involved since the beginning and others have joined us. In 2020 we could envisage the departure of beneficiaries from organizations that we could not register at the time of application. These organizations were already associated with the 2013-2020 program consortium. We were then able to anticipate the number of mobilities by integrating these employees. We wanted to enable everyone to develop the mobility of apprentices, vocational students and staff. We also wanted to strengthen the consortium’s position in our local, regional, national and international networks. It was also a matter of continuing our collaboration to enhance our joint work both in terms of communication and the development of tools aimed at always improving the quality of mobility.
