This green electricity transition project is a priority for the European Union. It was in this context that the partnership was born between the Pablo Neruda high school from Saint Martin d'Hères, France and the Colegiul Tehnic Energetic from Cluj Napoca, Romania. These 2 establishments are fully in line with the trades of an electrician. This project will give our professional sections, composed of at least 24 French and Romanian learners, the opportunity to demonstrate good citizenship by taking responsibility and by committing to make positive changes in the way they work to become eco-electricians responsible in renewable energies. The theme of the project will be the access to the green transition of electric energy (TV2E). To do this, there will be : - practical workshops on the transportation part: surface and underground electrical networks - practical workshops will focus on the distribution part: high voltage / low voltage delivery station - practical workshops on low voltage cable heads - practical workshops on installing photovoltaic panels, connecting an inverter - practical measurement workshops (ohm's law) and visualization of an electrical signal - visits to hydroelectric dams, photovoltaic power plant and a wind farm for the production part of renewable energies. - company visits, manufacturer of photovoltaic panels, manufacturer of energy converter, design and implementation of renewable energy installations. - interventions by associative members of the ALEC (Local Energy and Climate Agency), this association is a tool for proximity, decision-making aid, a place for discussion and advice on energy, for all consumers in the Grenoble metropolitan area. The project has a clearly identified theme that implies groups of French and Romanian students exploring together and which should lead to concrete daily activities on the eTwinning platform (Create a collaborative digital album around the story "The green transition of electric energy”; Webradio : report on electrical equipment for renewable energies; Creation of a card game of 7 families on places and key figures in the history of electricity; Creation of miniature wind turbines; Creation of a mobility notebook in trilingual digital format) carried out within the framework of this project and involving all the participants. The TV2E project must submit to the future implementation of Directive 2010/31 / EU (ANNEX 0) from January 1, 2021, when all new buildings must have energy consumption close to zero and must meet the key challenges for preserving the environment from climate changes. This project has great added value for these future electricians and European citizens of tomorrow. Participating in this TV2E project is an important non-formal learning experience through which students will improve their personal, educational, social and social development. Note that for many young people, mobility will be a unique opportunity for them to travel to Europe. Many have little opportunity to explore the unknown within their families who have limited financial means. A very large majority of these students come from priority urban areas from France, and remain strongly connected to their neighborhood, while the Romanian pupils come from isolated rural areas. Heraclitus, presocratic philosopher has left us a legacy: "If you do not hope for the unexpected, you will not be able to find it". We bet that this opinion will allow the nowaday’s utopia to become the reality of tomorrow. To reach the 2050 goal that the European Commission calls for a neutral climate in Europe.
This green transition project for electrical energy is a priority for the European Union. It is in this context that the partnership between the Pablo Neruda high school (LPN) of Saint Martin d'Hères in France and the Colegiul Tehnic Energetic (CTE) of Cluj Napoca in Romania was born. These two establishments are in total adequacy with the trades of the electrician. This project gave our professional sections, of eleven Frenchs and fifteen Romanians learners, the opportunity to show good citizenship by taking responsibility and committing to making positive changes in the way they work to become eco-friendly electricians. responsible in renewable energies (EnR). The theme of the project was access to the green transition of electrical energy (TV2E). To do this, there was: - practical work on the transport part: underground electrical networks - practical work on the distribution part: High Voltage/Low Voltage delivery station - practical work on the production of Low Voltage cable heads - practical work : installation of photovoltaic panels, connection of micro-inverters - practical laboratory measurement work - visits to hydroelectric dams and a photovoltaic power plant for the production of renewable energies. - visits to companies, manufacturers of high voltage cells, high voltage transformers. - interventions by association members of the ALEC (Local Energy and Climate Agency), this association is a local tool, decision-making aid, a place for exchanges and advice on energy , for all consumers in the Grenoble metropolitan area. The project had a clearly identified theme that the groups of French and Romanian pupils explored together and which led to concrete daily activities on the eTwinning platform (Creation of three collaborative digital magazines around mobility; Exhibitions around renewable energies; Creation of a card game of 7 families on the theme of electricity; Creation of miniature wind turbines; Creation of a logo; Creation of a slogan) carried out within the framework of this project and involving all the participants. The TV2E project made our learners aware of the challenges of preserving our environment due to climate change. This project presents a strong added value to these future electricians and European citizens of tomorrow. Participation in this TV2E project was an important non-formal learning experience through which some students improved their English skills but all students improved their personal, educational, social and civic development. It should be noted that for many young people, mobility was a unique opportunity for them to travel to Europe. Many have little opportunity to discover the unknown within their family who have very limited financial means. All of the French students came from priority urban areas and remained strongly attached to their neighborhood. While the Romanian students were at the CTE boarding school because they came from an isolated rural area.
