Cultural diversity is the wealth of European societies; the number of communities and minority groups present in the different countries is a reflection of this. Whether national, religious, ethnic, social or cultural, minorities are an important asset for an intercultural Europe. However, this diversity does not always go hand in hand with social cohesion and cooperation, which are prerequisites for equal rights and opportunities. Discrimination practices remain a problem in many societies, as is poverty and social exclusion. People, especially those from minority groups and those living in highly multicultural environments, are important vehicles for promoting social change in this area. They are often stigmatized and excluded, but they also play a key role in shaping the future of their communities. That is why, with 6 other European partners, Association Coeur d'Afrique and Ailleurs will organize a training on the theme of diversity management. This training will provide participants with concrete ways of managing diversity and will serve as a space to explore various types of diversity. It aims to influence the daily practice of the participants by allowing them to learn and draw inspiration from each other.
