The project aims to develop knowledge, skills and attitudes relating to young people. entrepreneurship, in relation to the EntreComp framework developed by the European Commission and its link with non-formal education methodologies. The specific objectives of the project are: - Increase the autonomy and responsibility of young people by acting on ideas and opportunities to create value; - Propose a guide through the definition of personalized pedagogies, evaluation methods and learning in environments conducive to learning about social entrepreneurship; - Develop skills among youth workers related to the management of fears and insecurities of young people, helping them to understand their emotions and overcome their difficulties in the spirit of enterprise. - Collaborate in the development and improvement of tools, approaches and solutions that meet the needs of young people for initiative. - Create a practice space where participants can experience coaching activities young people in the creation of their own projects, in order to consolidate their learning during the training.
