Objectives

Through this project, we planned to facilitate an encouraging environment in which the participants to use elements of non-formal education for the purpose of their personal and professional development so as to increase their chances of integration in the labor market. According to the objectives set to achieve the above-mentioned purpose, we aim to: 1. Provide a theoretical framework needed for a group of 33 participants from 4 countries, meant to conceptualize and raise awareness of the causes that make it difficult for young people to integrate into the labor market, together with the associated risks. 2. Facilitate the exploration of the personal abilities and potential of the 33 participants through the realization of 4 sessions over 2 days of personal development in order to become aware of the talents and values they own. 3. Involve 33 participants in 4 days of non-formal activities meant to develop their social, civic and multicultural skills and attitudes needed both for sustainable workforce integration and as well as promoting the European Union values with young people. 4. Offer the 33 participants the opportunity to I. prove their skills and knowledge acquired in the project by creating 6 workshops on soft-skills development that they deliver to the high school students, during one day in a local school; II. pay a visit to a local NGO that deals with socio-professional integration.
