Nowadays, young people spend a lot of time on the Internet, which sometimes leads to very unpleasant consequences. Due to the fact that young people do not pay importance to their social networks and the way they express themselves there, the employer, for example, can refuse to accept them for work, only because he does not like what the youth post in their accounts and young people are completely unaware of this fact. Our project aimed to help youth through personal growth to reconsider their time transmission in social networks. We immersed young people in an atmosphere, in which they began to think about their sense of life and the benefits that they could bring to society and their close circle. This exchange brought 40 young people to Damvillers in order to work on the topic of social networks, Internet security, as well as how young people can use the most out of the IT technologies today. Speaking about its objectives, this project was created to help young people: Use social networks to develop their personality. Find the right job quickly. Create their own personal brand. Share useful thoughts and ideas with friends. Protect from trouble and Internet danger. Effectively interact with people, involving them in processes that bring visible benefits to society and people. This project: It gave youth schemes and specific exercises that they can use for their personal growth. It developed and strengthen responsibility for its own actions and the actions of the group in which it was located. It taught them to understand and apply the principle of joint efforts and be able to push their followers to do the same. It taught them how to concentrate thoughts and efforts on the task, to its full implementation. It will helped to easily and competently communicate in English with any people in any situation. It strengthened the communication skills of participants and increase their tolerance and calm, which in turn will help minimize conflicts in society. For what? This youth project made participants more flexible and tolerant to the environment. Made them more confident and responsible. Helped to see their strengths and weaknesses. Charged with the energy of creation, they can use social networks to engage people in projects that can improve the lives of people and the planet as a whole. They were able to convey the value of personal development to their friends, thereby increasing the number of positive-minded people in their environment. It will helped to expand the boundaries by enhancing knowledge of the English language.
