Coding is defined as a step-by-step instruction that tells computers the path they need to follow to perform an operation. The software in many devices, from phones to car gauges, computers to thermostats, works thanks to the codes written by the developers. Basic building blocks for coding: Logical thinking, problem solving and creativity are taught in a whole. In recent years, coding has become a part of school curricula in many European countries. Some of them are as follows; "Algorithm problem solving and programming" in Bulgaria, "programming" in Estonia, "programming, algorithm and robotics" in Spain, "computing" in the UK. However, the coding issue has not yet reached the desired levels. It is foreseen that a new industrial revolution will take place in the next 10 years and with this new revolution the highest digital technologies will be integrated into the entire production and value chain from the supplier to the end user (Boston Consultin Group, 2015). Considering that all digital technologies are programmable, it becomes clear how important coding is for development and therefore training for trained manpower. Nowadays, in order to act in line with the needs of the era in the coming period, it is seen that coding education is actually becoming an obligation rather than a need. But today, many people see coding as the core of technology as hackers and don't know exactly what it is. All this wrong information keeps people away from the science of coding. In this context, 2 mobilities were planned as youth workers and youth exchange. Our general objective is to increase the competence of youth workers who have received coding training but have no experience in implementation, and to increase the competence of young people in robotic software through youth workers in youth exchange. Specific obejctives of the first mobility; 1.To inform youth workers about new coding-based occupations in order to comprehend the importance of coding in preventing unemployment 2.To improve the skills of youth workers in creating awareness by coding current social problems 3. To inform about good practices on coding made or under construction in different European countries Specific objectives of the second mobility: 1-To teach necessary software types to use Arduino cards 2-To Develop new software for robotic applications 3-To learn the necessary software information for operating different sensors 4-To show possible problems, which can exsit in software 5-To show the importance of coding and how to cure unemployment
