This project followed a first Erasmus + youth project Ecology act in 2020. Indeed, after a first experience of a youth mobility project on the theme of zero waste between Bulgaria and France, La Maison France, La Maison de l'Europe des Landes Wipsee and the young people from the Landes region wanted to develop a new project on a larger scale. This project followed the desire of the young people around us to develop an exchange and common actions with other young people from different backgrounds around a common concern: to make ecology part of everyday life by The aim is to offer ways of setting up international zero waste meetings. Ecology and climate issues come up in each of our exchanges with the young people around us. Based on the ideas and reflections shared with the first group of young people organising the exchange in Bulgaria, the new group of young people from Landes proposed a different exchange experience to deepen the experience of a mobility. They want to build on this first exchange to go further, using the difficulties They want to build on this first exchange to go further, using the difficulties encountered in achieving the zero waste objective. The objectives of this project were: -Promote and give concrete meaning to the European values of respect, tolerance, solidarity and responsibility. -to develop diversity in all its forms (gender, social, cultural, etc.) -to encourage autonomy and critical thinking -To enable concrete actions of sharing and ecological transition -To continue, diversify and improve concrete and reflective work on international zero waste exchanges. Our aim was to enable young people, through concrete actions, to become aware of their actions and those of other European citizens. and those of other European citizens. This awareness should enable them to design and make proposals to improve spaces for leisure, meetings and travel, as well as to improve the environment. This awareness was to enable them to design and make proposals to improve leisure, meeting and travel areas, areas which are their own and which affect them completely. During this project, they were able to share their knowledge, their ways of doing things, their methods and techniques, and discover others through action and concrete realisation. This project had to touch the youngest but also their elders to allow them to live from 14 years old, outside school, a first experience of mobility and European citizenship. Moreover, we wanted to offer this experience to young people who have difficulty accessing mobility because we know how such activities can be very enriching and even determining in an educational and social pathway. Our secondary but transversal objectives were to develop : the self-confidence of young people, -the discovery of foreign languages -their taste for other cultures and for travelling -their various formal and, above all, informal skills: becoming aware of different social and cultural realities, discovering other cultures Their various formal and especially informal skills: becoming aware of different social and cultural realities, discovering other cultures, habits and lifestyles, understanding the values of solidarity and friendship. -their relationship to democratic and civic life, their commitment to citizenship
