The CRIJ Center Val de Loire through its role of coordinating the youth information network of the Center region is made up of 58 youth information points and offices. Our main approach is to inform young people on all the subjects that concern them with the objective: the autonomy of young people in their decision-making so that they become autonomous adults and citizens. It is through this positioning of "coordinator and informant" that we have been able to observe that few young people participate in European mobility projects and that there are many real obstacles, such as ignorance of these systems. Convinced that mobility is a great opportunity for young people to acquire skills in the fields of entrepreneurship and personal matters, the organizers of Infolab and Crij have decided to set up a project in this direction by mobilizing and supporting a group of young Infolabeurs invested in commitment objectives developed by Erasmus + projects. The objectives of this youth exchange including our project are to: 1. Analyze and discuss youth entrepreneurship by young people (system of exchanges by pairs: between young people by young people). 2. Develop the skills of young people by young people in setting up an entrepreneurial project for young people by considering their skills and desires as well as the possibilities for improvement. 3. Sharing and exchanging know-how and knowledge between young French and Croatian people in order to support them in their social and professional integration. 4. Reinforce the sense of initiative and entrepreneurship by considering their personal interests and by including the cultural and artistic aspect in entrepreneurship. 5. Develop and strengthen the involvement of young people by encouraging participants to use their skills and creativity in various forms to be able to integrate them into their projects and/or initiatives. 6. Promote and strengthen intercultural exchanges through the open-mindedness of young people in the territory, knowledge of different cultures, develop and/or strengthen the realization of intercultural projects by young people, for young people. The objectives of this project are precisely in line with the objectives of the ERASMUS+ program for several reasons: First of all, this project takes on a common interest carried by young people for young people from the two cities of Croatia (Zadar) and France (Orléans), on formal and non-formal learning. In addition, the project aims to ensure that all participants improve and strengthen their knowledge and skills in terms of professional and personal development by learning good practices, exchanging and promoting experience in setting up this project. Finally, it aimed to ensure that young people from various backgrounds were able to meet, discover and enrich themselves through the various modes of exchange (animations, testimonies, informal times, discovery of the two respective countries, etc.) . The goal that was important to us was to raise awareness among these young infolabeurs, who aim, for the most part, to become entrepreneurs or project leaders in a short time, and to make them discover other practices and to put in place highlights the economic differences and opportunities between the two countries. In this context, we have also been able to observe that Croatia was more "fragile" in terms of financial support for projects. We were able to realize, therefore, that the Croatian associations functioned, with in particular a lot of "human wealth" resulting from voluntary work. The young people with whom we lived the exchange, came from very diverse associations such as "the Association of students of Bukovica and Kotari", "Vlajterego- organization which organizes the Vlajternativa music festival, the company "LAG Laura projects ", a volunteer organization in Sibenic, a Prizma co-working space in Benkovac. During this exchange, all the young people were able to be active both in formal exchanges: workshops, icebreakers, creation of the video and during The exchanges very often gave rise to comparisons between the proper functioning of the two countries, which sometimes gave everyone new perspectives, "raising awareness" through the discovery of new modes of practice, whether in , for example: means of financing participatory digital projects, or the organization of an entire Croatian rock festival with residents of disadvantaged neighborhoods...
