The COOPCOM GREEN JOBS project had to cope with two successive postponements of activities due to the Covid-19 pandemic, managed by two extensions which extended its duration from one to three years, including two years of hibernation. The Spanish, Greek and Portuguese partners preferred not to send participants, given the increased human and financial risks involved (possible last-minute cancellations, contagion risk management, etc.). Nevertheless, only Spanish participants could be sent, thanks to the informal mobilization of a new partner, CIPFP Misericordia. Our Macedonian host partner was unable to help host the third activity and provide the corresponding entertainment, due to the limited budget available in a context of general price increases. For a time, our Turkish partner considered taking over this third mobility activity, but decided against it for the same reasons. After consultation with all remaining partners, it was jointly decided at the end of the second Spanish mobility to cancel this third learning activity. As a result, the total number of participants in the COOPCOM GREEN JOBS project was reduced from the 96 initially planned to just 32. Despite this chaotic context, we feel that important learning outcomes were achieved in the following areas: - significant presentations of local experiences related to the work theme by all the partners represented - acquisition of first-hand knowledge, particularly during the first learning mobility (finally held in France in an attempt to revive the project's momentum - see the report on the visit to AMSP's CSR policy in the dissemination link), which was broadcast on the partners' social networks - valuable exchanges between experienced group leaders on the ins and outs of developing educational projects under the Erasmus+ program - informing uninformed local contacts about the possibilities offered by the Erasmus+ program - strengthening ties between the partners and participants present (notably Spain, Romania, Turkey and the Republic of Northern Macedonia, who sent high-quality teachers, social workers and youth workers) - joint development of the strategic partnership 2023-1-FR01-KA220-VET-000154395 to broaden the theme of green jobs to include solidarity and social sectors (RSO), and submission to the March 20, 2023 call for proposals following the second apprenticeship mobility in Spain - a project that was unfortunately not selected. - a fine example of the use of sociocracy and NVC tools to manage the tensions that arose in the group as a result of the project's budgetary constraints, which were not well received by some of the young Greek participants (a complaint was made to Agence Nationale France in view of the significant increase in accommodation and catering prices when the activity resumed). The project also gave rise to instructive exchanges of views between expert partners, some of whom were senior citizens close to retirement and long-time Erasmus+ project leaders, on the changing expectations of this program and the importance of memory capital in this field. Finally, it goes without saying that this whole period was experienced as traumatic by all the partners, including the coordinator, with everyone wondering about their future. As for Graphistes de l'Ombre, whose operations were paradoxically further penalized by an excessive parallel resumption of new Erasmus projects in the wake of the pandemic, the lesson learned from the experience is to move away from time-consuming KA01 activities, the financing of which no longer manages to balance our budgets.
