From the tree of needs we extracted and formulated the objectives of the project, objectives achieved through the non-formal education methods used but also through the activities in each stage of the project. O1. During the 14 months of the project, the 30 participants understood what discrimination is, prejudice stereotypes and what are their negative effects. This goal was achieved through activities such as: Blue eyes, the albatross method and local activities and dissemination workshops O2. During the 14 months of the project, the 30 youth participants developed their teamwork skills, helped youth participants with few opportunities how to integrate into society and 5 new methods of non-formal education to help them fight discrimination. This objective was achieved through: the storytelling method, the albatross method, the activities in the local community and the reflection groups. O3. During the 14 months of project implementation, the participants developed an open attitude towards the ethnic participants/communities that discriminated against them and greatly diminished their prejudices and stereotypes, they even empathized in this regard and are eager to make new ones. projects with them. Our project, Together for a better future, has achieved the priorities of the Erasmus + program through the activities of inclusion, equality, diversity and non-discrimination among youth participants. At the same time, through the activities from the Dissemination Stage, the project had an impact at the level of the local community. The project had a good flow: 1.
