Vrpolje Elementary School is the only rural school in the area of the city of Šibenik with a small number of students who are of a lower socio-economic status. By participating in Erasmus projects, it contributes to the internationalization of our school and the development of the European dimension of our school, and in this way we want to tell the students that they too are part of the European family. Through cooperation with other European schools, teachers strengthen language and social competences as well as motivation and self-confidence, which contributes to better quality of work of teachers and greater satisfaction of students. Through the promotion of the school, city and state as well as culture and language, the school strengthens its European identity and belonging to Europe.
