Raising the professional, methodical, pedagogical, digital, organizational, linguistic and multicultural competences of the participants, transferring experience from other educational systems, creating a foundation for cooperation on future projects; improving the key areas of the development plan. The goals were: strengthening of methodical, pedagogical and digital competences of teachers, acquisition of new knowledge in the field of profession; Introducing pedagogical and technological innovations into the educational process with an emphasis on an individualized and inclusive approach to the student; implementation of new knowledge and experiences in optional curricula; upgrading and modernization of the school curriculum, a more various offer of elective programs, more modern and closer to the students' needs; Introducing innovations in school management and strengthening a positive school atmosphere; development and improvement of linguistic, intercultural and communication competences of students and teachers; raising the European dimension of the school. Approaching the goal from the school's strategy that every student experiences cooperation and communication in an international environment at least once during schooling
We tried to improve some areas of work. The first is the quality of teaching, which should be focused on the individual needs of students, more creative, innovative, with more project and research teaching and greater implementation of digital technologies. For that it is necessary to increase the professional, methodical and digital competences of teachers. The second is working with students with difficulties (ensure the realization of their potential) and walso with gifted students. Next is the school curriculum which needs to be modernized, expanded and harmonized with the expectations and needs of students, but also school management, in which the experiences of other schools and educational systems should be used in order to create a modern, dynamic and motivating school environment and a stimulating school climate. It was important for us to increase the number of international collaborations and better position the school in an international environment, because this opens up opportunities for students to engage in multicultural activities in further development and education. By participating in the project teachers are empowered to participate in international educations and to implement new international projects.
