The goal of the project is to WORK WITH GIFTED STUDENTS To achieve the goal, we chose a variety of educations: structured courses, Job shadowing and teaching abroad. The acquired experiences and knowledge are combined and implemented in the work of the Center. AREAS that we improve arising from the needs of the School are: 1. development of new methods of learning and teaching gifted children; 2. development of curriculum culture; 3. development of the European dimension of the school
With this project we are improving the school curriculum related to working with gifted children,Gifted children need an additional and very thoughtful investment. All examinations have shown that this is a NEED of the school. Because of their abilities and different way of thinking, they are usually lost mediocrity. They don’t get a chance to show themselves for who they are and fail to develop their potential. Teachers point out how they do not know how to deal with the challenges of a gifted child. Gifted children love challenges, adventures and good game design and teaching should be conceived that way. A gifted child thinks outside the box, so this should be especially encouraged with a lot of understanding, warmth and love. This project is a continuation of the previous project of the "Center for Personal Growth and Development". This project is "Be different!". The name of the project indicates the continuation of the work of the Center in the School, previous projects The project program is upgraded after each mobility. The acquired experiences and knowledge are combined and implemented in the work of the Center and the school curriculum, transferred to teachers, and thus to students and parents.
